Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of services for maintaining the cleanliness of internal surfaces in buildings located in security zones, as well as the surfaces of hardened and green areas in the military complex 2744, ul. Kościuszki 92-98 Poznań, which is in operating area of the 31st Tactical Air Base Poznań, ul. Engines 1 by December 31, 2027. The subject of the contract includes works inside buildings on an area of 13,435.12 m2, works on outdoor paved areas 8,901.20 m2, works on outdoor green areas 7 041.10 m2.
95 of the Public Procurement Act requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor, in order to perform the order, employ, under an employment contract, persons directly involved in maintaining the cleanliness of internal and external surfaces. To perform the service, the Contractor will employ only persons with Polish citizenship who have a clean criminal record prepared on the basis of an extract from the National Criminal Register. The required minimum daily number of employees to provide indoor cleaning services must be 12 people full-time and 1 part-time employee in the external area.
