Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of cleaning and maintenance services in internal rooms [including: offices, corridors, conference rooms, meeting rooms, kitchen (social) rooms and toilets] used by the Maopolskie Centrum Przedsiębiorczoci using means, materials provided by the Contractor and using the Contractor's equipment. The service will be provided in the NEWTON building, at ul. Armii Krajowej 16 in Krakow. The contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the order, taking into account the specific nature of the operation of the NEWTON office building and maintaining appropriate safety measures, in accordance with the requirements resulting from applicable standards, observing, among others, principles of waste segregation, including hazardous waste, saving electricity, heat energy and water. The ordering party will provide free hot and cold water and electricity needed for the implementation services covered by the subject of the order. Service completion date: for a period of 12 months from the date of commencement of the service, but not earlier than January 1, 2025, on working days from Monday to Friday, from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Number ...
