The subject of the order is the provision of cleaning services for offices and rooms at the Warsaw Crisis Intervention Center in Warsaw, together with the delivery of sanitary and hygiene products in office and auxiliary areas, in the following four locations: - ul. 6 Sierpnia 1/5, 02-843 Warszawa,- street Madaliskiego 45/47, 02-581 Warsaw, - Plac Dbrowskiego 7, 00-057 Warszawa, - Plac Dbrowskiego 5, 00-057 Warsaw, and once a year in April-June, double-sided washing of windows and frames in four indicated locations.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is presented in Annex No 1 to SWZ Mon. Description of the Subject of the Order. The scope and method of execution of the order are determined by the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
