Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the service of cleaning the rooms of the District Court in Wejherowo and areas adjacent to the buildings of the District Court in Wejherowo.
2. The order of the contract consists in cleaning the seats of the District Court in Wejherowo and ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and aesthetics in the rooms office, auxiliary, social rooms, archives, sanitary facilities, communication routes, in the elevator, in the underground garage (in the building at Wniebowanie Ul. 4 in Wejherowo), disinfecting in the event of an epidemic threat, waste segregation in accordance with Nationwide waste segregation system, maintaining cleanliness in external areas, removing icing and snow removal (if necessary with the snow export service - min. 20 m3, max. 200 m3) and conservation works.
3. The order of the contract covers the following headquarters of the District Court in Wejherowo: Wejherowo, Ascension 4 and Wejherowo, oo. Reformates 9
4. The concise description of the subject of the contract includes SWZ and Annex 8.1 to SWZ pn. Contract template.
5. The contracting authority requires that the Contractor to make a local vision of the service place before submitting the offer to obtain information that They may be necessary to prepare the offer and to conclude a contract and perform the contract. The costs of making a local vision are borne by the contractor.
