Description:
1. The subject of the order is the cleaning service of theater facilities at the Theater. A. Fredry in Gnieno. The service includes cleaning of the auditorium, lobbies, stage, staircases and corridors, offices and toilets, other utility areas with a total area of 1,251.00 m2 (number of floors: 3 above ground) and 2 theater apartments with an area of 116 m2 and 75 m2 respectively. It may be necessary to clean twice or thrice a day (including Sundays and holidays), even at night, depending on the number of performances, rehearsals and external events that are scheduled in the weekly schedule. Required efficiency per one employee at least 60 m2 of cleaned area in one hour. The estimated number of hours planned for the entire order is 4,500 hours. The number of hours scheduled per month is on average 375 hours. Cleaning products and equipment are provided by the Ordering Party. 2.
