Description:
3.1. The subject of the order is cleaning services in the facilities of the Naval Museum in Gdynia in the period 01/02/2026 - 31/01/2027. The museum is open to visitors on the following days: from Tuesday to Sunday and on public holidays important for the Ministry of National Defense, i.e. May 3, June 28, August 15, November 11 and 28 (January - February 10:00-16:00, March - April 10:00-17:00, May-September 10:00-18:00, October-December 10:00-16:00). The office part of the Museum is available from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:30. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the opening hours of the Museum or the availability of the office area, as communicated by the Contractor will be informed in good time.3.2. The scope of the order includes the cleaning of: the main building with the exhibition and office space and the auditorium, the underground studio warehouse, the cleaning of the open-air Kobben ship and the container with an interactive computer game. Once a week in In the season from April 1 to October 31, cleaning of the ticket office for the Byskawica Ship Museum is required, and once a year - cleaning of the exhibition area on the Byskawica Ship Museum.
