- The subject of the order are cleaning services in the facilities of the Polish Army Museum. The order is divided into 4 parts: 1) Cleaning services in the facilities of the Polish Army Museum in the Warsaw Citadel, including the following facilities: Southern Pavilion, buildings No. 1, 5, 6, 82, building No. 26 (chapel) and toilets at the bus parking lot 2) Cleaning services in the facilities of the Katyn Museum - Martyrological Department of the Polish Army Museum 3) Cleaning services in the facilities of the Armored Weapons Museum in PoznaΕ - Branch Polish Army Museum in Warsaw 4) Cleaning services in the facilities of the Museum of Polish Military Technology - Branch of the Polish Army Museum 1. Contractors to whom any of the following applies are excluded from the contract award procedure circumstances indicated: 1) in art. 108 section 1 of the Act; 2) in art. 109 section 1 point 4 of the Act, i.e. in relation to which liquidation has been opened, bankruptcy has been declared, whose assets are managed by a liquidator or a court, has entered into an arrangement with creditors, whose activities the economic activity is suspended or he is in another similar situation resulting from a similar procedure provided for in the law of the place where that procedure was initiated. 2.
