- 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of order to maintain order and cleanliness at the Ordering Party at the headquarters of RZGW in Gdańsk at ul. Jana from Kolna 11, 80-864 Gdańsk. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms of the implementation are determined by:

The contracting authority does not divide into parts for the reasons indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ.
Description of the subject of the contract determines the qualitative requirements relating to at least the main elements that make up the subject of the contract, which fulfills the premises of art. 246 para. 2 of the PZP Act.
3. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers.
4. The Purchaser does not provide for the possibility of awarding the orders referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
5. The Employer does not reserve the obligation to do the contractor in person key parts of the contract.
6. Principles regarding subcontracting:
1) The Ordering Party allows subcontractors to participate in the performance of the order.
2) in the event of the participation of subcontractors in the implementation of the order, the contracting authority, in accordance with art. 462 para. 2 of the PZP Act, requires the contractor to indicate in the offer part of the contract, the performance of which intends to entrust to subcontractors and providing the names of subcontractors by the contractor if they are already known.
