The Employer shall ask for a preliminary valuation for the subject of the contract, the Cleaning of sewage cleaners located in operation and the MPWiK assets in the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw S.A. - Prague collector. Valuation form and description of the subject of the contract can be found in the tab Attachments. The valuation form should be submitted via the Company's purchasing platform, only from your profile registered on the purchasing platform by attaching the offer form in the Annex tab. It is recognized that the person posting all on the Company's purchasing platform Documents, applications, notifications and offers are authorized by the Contractor and operates on his behalf. At the same time, we would like to inform you that the price indicated in the valuation form will only serve to discern the market by the contracting authority, does not constitute a binding offer to award the contract.
