Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for the internal areas of buildings and external areas administered by the real estate management plant in the Żoliborz district of the Capital City of Warsaw, along with the right of options and divided into two parts of the order:
Part 1 - Eastern zone - Cleaning of paved and unpaved land real estate, washing garage halls 1 times a year, delivery and/or replacement of sand in small architecture facilities located on land properties administered by the real estate management plant in the Żoliborz district of the Capital City of Warsaw together with mowing grass on unpaved soil real estate along with the area adjacent to buildings (September), pruning the hedge once a year (May).
Part 2 - Western Zone - cleaning of hardened and unpaved soil real estate, washing garage halls 1 times in year, delivery and/or replacement of sand in small architecture facilities located on land properties administered by the real estate management plant in the Żoliborz district of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw along with mowing grass on unpaved land with the area adjacent to buildings (September), pruning hedge 1 once a year (May).
