Description:
1. The subject of the order is: 1) Mechanical cleaning of road surfaces, mechanical and manual cleaning of parking surfaces, parking bays and bus stops, sidewalks, bus stops and bicycle paths in the Kartuzy commune, 2) Cleaning of notice boards in the city Kartuzy.2. Sidewalks should be understood as a paved area using concrete elements located along properties owned by the Kartuzy Commune or indicated by the Ordering Party. This therefore means that this contract does not include sidewalks located along the following properties: 1) administered by the Housing Management Company in Kartuzy,2) other than the Kartuzy Commune, legal or natural persons whose owners are obliged to maintain cleanliness and order on their own.3. As part of the cleaning of sidewalks, green belts located in the lanes should also be cleared of waste road municipal roads.4. The subject of the order will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of this ToR and the offer submitted by the Contractor.5.
