Clear sky over Zagłębie - Purchase of electric buses with charging infrastructure - Stage III at Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej Sp. z o. o. in Sosnowiec” covering the scope of supply... 1. The subject of the order is: 1)successful deliveries 5 pieces of brand new city buses (hereinafter referred to as buses), low-floor, with electric drive, with a total length ranging from 11.8 meters to 12.25 meters, hereinafter referred to as "EV12 zero-emission buses" or "buses EV12" or "three-axle buses", 2) successive deliveries (delivery, assembly, connection and first start-up) of 3 pieces of brand new, mobile, two-station wired chargers with a power greater than or equal to 80 kW (2x40 kW), hereinafter referred to as "80 kW Plug-in chargers", "80kW chargers" or "chargers", 3) warranty and post-warranty service: buses, chargers and technical support, as well as training. 2. Detailed formal requirements that the offered subject of the contract must meet requirements, technical parameters, equipment and warranty and service conditions that the offered subject of the order must meet and have: 1) Annex No. 10.1 to SWZ - applies to EV12 buses, 2) Annex No. 10.2 to SWZ - applies to Plug-in chargers 80kW.
