The subject of the order is the supply of coagulation factor XIII concentrate - hereinafter "coagulation factor", with availability category Rp or Rpz, to direct recipients indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK) - Regional Blood Donation Centers and Blood Treatment (hereinafter referred to as RCKiK), on the terms specified in the SWZ. Coagulation factor XIII concentrate with delivery to Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centers. 1. The subject of the order is the supply of clotting factor XIII concentrate securing the continuity of treatment of patients with factor XIII deficiency - hereinafter "coagulation factor", with the availability category Rp or Rpz, to direct recipients indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK) - Regional Blood Donation Centers and Blood Treatment (hereinafter referred to as RCKiK), on the terms specified in the SWZ. 2. Total quantity (purchase quantity): 180,000 IU. 3. Proportions of doses in each delivery - in accordance with SWZ. 4. The clotting factor concentrate must be supplied with the enabling kit his application. 5.
