- 1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste, created and collected on all real estate, on which residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the commune of Głowno, from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026, in a manner of ensuring achievement by the Municipality of the City of Głowno, appropriate recycling levels, preparation for re -use and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of municipal waste biodegradable transferred to the landfills, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance purity and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 399, as amended), provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Łodź Voivodeship for 2019-2025, taking into account 2026-2031, adopted by resolution No. XXXVI/466/21 of the Assembly of the Łodź Voivodeship of September 28, 2021, on the adoption of the plan waste management for the voivodship, and the provisions of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Głowno (resolution No. LII/376/21 of the City Council in Głowno of December 1, 2021, on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Głowno, and resolution No. LXXIX/527/23 of the City Council in Głowno of 25 January 2023 regarding amendment to Resolution No. LII/376/24 of the City Council in Głowno of December 1, 2021 on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Głowno).
