- 1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and development of selectively collected municipal waste from inhabited real estate located in the commune in a way that ensures relevant recycling levels, preparation for re -use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of municipal waste biodegradable transferred for storage, equipment and systematic supplementation with inhabited real estate bags, equipment with residential real estate containers and loading, collection, transport and management of waste from a point Selective collection of waste in Dorohucza in a way that ensures relevant recycling levels, preparation for re -use and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation transferred for storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of On September 13, 1996, on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (vol. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Trawniki commune.
