1. The subject of the order is the collection and development (through thermal transformation)waste with code 19 12 10, derived from mechanical and biological processing of municipal waste, including large -size waste, which does not have the nature of hazardous, neutral or biodegradable waste, in a way that ensures the transition to responsibility for waste managementfor the next waste holder.
2. The number of waste with code 19 12 10 from mechanical processing of municipal waste, intended for collection and development as part of the basic order is up to 2,500 mg.
3. The removal does not affect the size of the waste stream,due to the high variability of this stream. In the event of an increase in the waste stream, the Employer allows the use of the option referred to in art. 441 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in increasing the amount of waste with code 19 12 10 intended for collection and development additionally by the amount to2500 mg.
4. Entering the above, the total amount of waste intended for collection and development is up to 5000 mg, including: for the basic order: up to 2500 mg and for the order under the option: up to 2,500 mg. The contractor will receive the abovementioned waste fromOrdering Party from the installation: Municipal Waste Treatment Plant (ZUOK), ul. Lubelska 53, 10-410 Olsztyn.
