Description:
The subject of the order is: Successive collection and further management of waste, "mix" foil (waste code 15 01 02) from the Municipal Installation in Wola Pawłowska. The offered waste management method must be consistent with applicable legal provisions and recovery processes.

detailed in Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended).
The estimated amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be no more than 3,000 Mg (subject to the possibility of transferring a smaller amount in during the term of the contract, but not less than 1,500 Mg).
The Ordering Party reserves the right to transfer a smaller amount of waste during the term of the contract, and the Contractor will not make any claims in this respect.
Waste intended for further management is generated on sorting line where unsorted municipal waste (code 20 03 01) and raw material waste (from groups 15 and 20) are sorted. The waste is baled on a baler in the form of cubes with dimensions of 80x100x150 cm, tied together with 3.2 mm thick wire. The average bulk density of the waste is 480 kg/m3.
1.4. Collection of "mix" foil waste will take place from Monday to Friday from: from 7.30 to 15:00 in the quantity specified in the unit order sent by e-mail to the Contractor's representative. The waste collected by the Contractor will be weighed on a legalized scale ...
