Description:
1. The subject of the order is the collection and management of biodegradable kitchen waste from real estate residing in the Brwinów commune in the period from March 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028. 2. The contractor will perform the subject of the order in accordance with: offer, price form - Annex No. 1A to the offer and a detailed description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 5. Estimated amount of generated kitchen waste that will need to be collected and managed: 2,040 Mg. The contractor will collect and managed kitchen waste collected from owners of properties inhabited by residents of the Brwinów commune until the maximum quantities specified in the table and price form were exhausted. The Ordering Party allows changes in the amount of waste in accordance with art. 455 of the Public Procurement Law by way of an annex. This may apply to situations where the amount of waste will be smaller or larger while maintaining the above-mentioned requirements. article. 4. List of properties covered by the order, divided by type of development and estimated number of inhabitants, containing data: address, quantity, type and capacity of containers and bags, will be provided (also in electronic form) to the Contractor on the day of signing the contract. 5. The Ordering Party announced on February 20, 2025 and then on March 19, 2025 r. conducted preliminary market consultations pursuant to Art. 84 of the Public Procurement Law.
