Description:
The subject of the order is the successive collection and processing by the Contractor of biodegradable kitchen waste with codes 20 01 08 and 20 02 01 in order to subject them to the R3 recycling process leading to the loss of the waste status based on the detailed conditions for the loss of the waste status, c.referred to in Art. 14 section 1 point 2 of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste, whereby the resulting product:
- may be placed on the market as a fertilizer or agent improving soil properties on the basis of a permit from the minister responsible for agriculture, issued pursuant to Art. 4 section 2 of the Actof July 10, 2007 on fertilizers and fertilization, or constitutes an EU fertilizer product within the meaning of Art. 2(2) of Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June 2019 laying down rules relating to the making available on the market of EU fertilising products, amending Regulation(EC) No. 1069/2009 and (EC) No. 1107/2009 and repealing Regulation (EC) No. 2003/200 (OJ EU L 170 of 25/06/2019, p. 1, as amended), i.e. a fertilising product which bears the CE marking
b when made available on the market. the R12 recovery process leading to the creation of waste with code 19 05 03 (Compost that does not meet the requirements and is not suitable for use), which meets the requirements for its use in the R10 recovery process referred to in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of January 20, 2015 on the R10 recovery process (Journal of Laws, item 132). ) no. 4 in point III of table z...
