Description:
The subject of the order is the service of collection and management of biodegradable waste code 20 02 01 in a way that ensures the transfer of responsibility for waste management to the next waste holder.
Amount of waste with code 20 02 01 intended for collection and management under the basic order is up to 800 Mg, with up to 400 Mg in the bag system and up to 400 Mg in the bagless system.
441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. The ordering party may exercise the option right whole or in part, once or in several parts. An option is planned for the collection and management of the code 20 02 01 in an amount of up to 2,000 Mg, with up to 1,000 Mg in the bag system and up to 1,000 Mg in the bagless system. The Ordering Party has no influence on the stream of accepted waste due to this to the very high variability of this stream and therefore (in the event of an increase in the waste stream with code 20 02 01 and a need to continue the service), reserves the right to use the option.
The deadline for completing the order is up to 12 months from the date indicated by the Ordering Party in a written order to commence the execution of the order (agreement).
