3 The amount of waste with code 20 02 01 intended for collection and developmentAs part of the basic order, it is up to 1,200 mg, with up to 800 mg in a sack system and up to 400 mg in a still -free system.
3. The Employer, as part of this order, allows the exercise of the right of the option referred to in art. 441 para. 1 of the PZP Act. The contracting authority may exercise the right of optionsIn whole or in part, once or in several parts. The option to receive and develop with code 20 02 01 in the amount of up to 1,600 mg is envisaged, with up to 800 mg in a sack system and up to 800 mg in a meringue system. The contracting authority does not affect the stream of waste taken due toFor a very high variability of this stream, and therefore (in the event of an increase in the waste stream with code 20 02 01 and the demand for continuing the service) reserves the right to use the option.
4. Considering the total amount of waste with a code of 20 02 01 intended for collectionand the development is up to 2,800 mg, including: up to 1,200 mg as part of the basic order (800 mg in a bag's system and 400 mg in a meringue system) and up to 1,600mg in the option (800 mg in a bag's system and 800 mg in a still -free system).
