Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of construction waste with code 17 02 02 (construction glass) in a way that ensures the transition of responsibility for waste management to the next waste holder.
2. The number of waste with code 17 02 02 intended for collection and developmentAs part of the basic order, it is 60 mg.
3. The removal, as part of this order, allows the use of the option referred to in art. 441 para. 1 of the PZP Act. The contracting authority can use the option in whole or in part, once or in several parts. The option is expectedcollection and management of waste with code 17 02 02 in an amount of up to 60 mg. Currently, the Employer accepts about 60mg a year, but due to the need to sort construction waste, the contracting authority expects the increase in the stream of these waste, which at the same time cannot guarantee. The ordering party noIt affects the stream of waste taken due to the very high variability of this stream, and therefore (in the event of an increase in the waste stream with code 17 02 02 and a demand for continuing the service), reserves the right to use the option.
4. Entering the above total amountwaste with code 17 02 02 intended for collection and development is up to 120 mg, including: as part of the basic order: 60 mg and as part of the option: up to 60 mg. provisions:
