Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service of collection and management of construction waste with code 17 01 07 (mixed waste from concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramic materials and equipment elements other than those mentioned in 17 01 06) and codes 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 80, 17 08 02 , in a way that ensures the transfer of responsibility for waste management to the next waste holder.
2. The amount of waste intended for collection and management under the basic order is up to 1,000 Mg and applies only to waste with code 17 01 07.
3. The Ordering Party, under this order, allows the exercise of the option right referred to in Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. The ordering party may exercise the option right in whole or in part, once or in several parts. An option is envisaged to increase the amount of waste to be collected and processed additionally by 1,000 Mg, including: 950 Mg of waste with code 17 01 07 and 50 Mg of waste with codes 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 80, 17 08 02.

5. Taking the above into account, the total amount of waste intended for collection and management is up to 2,000 Mg, including: 1,000 Mg under the basic order (regarding code 17 01 07) and up to 1,000 Mg under options, including: 950 Mg of waste with code 17 01 07 and 50 Mg of waste with codes 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01/03, 17/01/80, 17/08/02.
