with code 20 03 07 resulting from their collection (hereinafter referred to as waste) together with the management of these waste.
1.1 minimal quantitywaste (minimum scope of the order), i.e. the amount of waste that the Contractor is obliged to collect from the Employer as part of the order processing is 1000 (Mg).
1.2. The maximum amount of waste (maximum possible scope of the order), i.e. the amount of waste that the contractor is obliged to collect fromThe Ordering Party as part of the order processing
In the event of the contracting authority, in the situation described in point 1.3, it is up to 4000 (Mg).
1.3. In the event, when during the contracting periodminimum scope of the order from point 1.1, the contracting authority, in accordance with the provision of art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law, provides for the possibility of exercising the right of the option of increasing the minimum scope of the contract maximally to the amount indicated in point 1.2 (maximum possible scope of the order) as the largestPossible scope of the order, taking into account the right option.
