Description:
1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the collection, removal and management of stabilized municipal sewage sludge with code 19 08 05, mechanically dewatered from the sewage treatment plant in Borzytuchomiu in compliance with the requirements specified herein specified provisions: Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) Act of April 27, 2001, environmental protection law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 647, as amended) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of day 7 October 2016 regarding detailed requirements for waste transport (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1742) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of February 6, 2015 on the use of municipal sewage sludge (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 23) The Ordering Party provides that in During the order execution period, approximately 315 Mg of sludge will be collected. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 5 to SWZ.2. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract template constituting Attachment No. 4 to the SWZ and in Attachment No. 5 a detailed description of the subject of the order.
