Description:
1.1 The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of removal and management of municipal sewage sludge from sewage treatment plants in Ccko, Jazow and Kadcza, i.e.: 1) Extraction and management of excess sludge (stabilized municipal sewage sludge - waste code 19 08 05) originating from current work sewage treatment plants in Ccko and Jazow in an amount not exceeding 1,245 tons. 2) Collection and disposal of screenings - waste code 19 08 01 originating from the current operation of sewage treatment plants in Ccko and Jazow and Kadcza in an amount not exceeding 72 tons. 3) Collection and disposal of contents from sand traps - waste code 19/08/02 coming from the current operation of the sewage treatment plants in Ccko and Kadcza in an amount not exceeding 5 tons.1.2 Settlement for the receipt of the subject of the order will be based on weight reports and waste transfer cards for the month in which the service was performed.1.3 Pursuant to the applicable regulations, liability for waste passes from the Ordering Party to the Contractor from the moment of its transfer.
