Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: a) the performance of a service consisting in collecting and managing municipal waste from the area of the City of Radziejow from owners of inhabited real estate, b) providing property owners with containers and bags for municipal waste collection, maintenance of municipal wastein a proper sanitary, order and technical condition, and their emptying, c) providing property owners, which are heated with a solid fuel heating boiler, with bags for collecting ash from home furnaces and collecting them, d) equipment of a selective collection point ismunicipalities (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) in containers, emptying them and maintaining in a proper sanitary, orderly and technical condition, e) placing containers for collecting glass, paper, metals and plastics, Bio, mixed waste, so-called bells, empty themnannies, and replacement, maintenance or repair - keeping them in a proper sanitary, orderly and technical condition, f) placing appropriately labeled containers in the indicated 3 pharmacies to collect expired drugs and emptying them with a frequency that does not overflow these containersnot less frequently than once a quarter, g) placing bins for collecting used batteries in the indicated 3 public buildings and emptying them with a frequency that does not overflow these bins, at least once a quarter.
