1/ Collection and management of waste with codes: 20 03 01; 18/01/04; 150101 from facilities subordinated to SP ZOZ Kolbuszowa, described in detail in app. 2 to the SIWZ - details of the subject of the order..2/ Order execution period - for 12 months from signing the contract3/ Centers Health are located in the following communes: Kolbuszowa, Dzikowiec, Cmolas, Raniw.
