Description:
1. The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste collected from owners of real estate where residents live and from owners of summer houses or other properties used for recreational purposes in the Łapsze Niżne commune with towns: Falsztyn, Frydman, Niedzica-Zamek, Niedzica, Kacwin, Łapsze Niżne, Łapsze Wyżne, Łapszanka and Trybsz from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, in a way that ensures achievement of levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and reductions mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), hereinafter referred to as the "UCPG Act" and the currently applicable implementing acts to the above Act, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 15, 2017 on the levels of limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill and the method of calculating the level of limitation of the mass of this waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412), the Regulation Minister of Climate and Environment of August 3, 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530) and the provisions of the current Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. ...
