- 1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the Lgota Wielka commune within 24 months from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from 02.10.2025.
2. The scope of the order includes:
1) collection and management of municipal waste with inhabited real estate,
StraΕΌacka 39 in Lgota Wielka, in containers and waste containers to collect (accept) waste from owners of real estate residing in the area Municipalities of Lgota Wielka and the development of waste collected from PSZOK and providing PSZOK service.
Total number of registered people: 4,099 (as of 30.06.2025),
Inhabited real estate: 1 215 (as of 30.06.2025),
Total number of inhabited people: 3 714 (as of 30.06.2025).
ATTENTION !
Ordering He reserves the right to change the amount of real estate from which municipal waste will be collected. Their quantity may increase or decrease during the contract processing period.
3. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ.
4. The Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then
will the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was rated the highest, in
the scope of no grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
5. The binding date of the offer - until November 21, 2025.
