Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Łącko commune in 2026.
The order is divided into the following three parts:
Part 1: Collection and management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste,
Part 2: pickup and management of bio -ways,
Part 3: Collection and management of municipal waste collected in a selective manner.
The Employer allows for partial offers, i.e. the Contractor may submit an offer for one, two or all parts of the order indicated in point 2. Further division of the order does not is acceptable.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in attachments to SWZ (in particular Annexes 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 3).
The terms of the contract are specified in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 9, 9a, 9b to SWZ (for a given part, respectively orders).
The Employer does not allow the submission of variant offers and in the form of electronic catalogs.
214 para. 1 point 7 of the Act. The order will be carried out on an analogous basis as provided for in the contract with the selected one Performer. The value of the orders referred to in the first sentence will not exceed the amount:
for parts I - PLN 750,000.00 net
for part II - PLN 100,000.00 net
for part III - PLN 750,000.00 net
