- The subject of the order is the service of collection and management of mixed municipal waste from the premises of the Municipal Market at Targowa Street in Starachowice, the Galeria Skaka Municipal Market Hall at Aleja Armii Krajowej 28 in Starachowice and the Center Entrepreneurship ul. Zgodna 2 in Starachowice. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the Specification of Procurement Conditions. NOTE! The contractor is obliged to indicate in the offer the installations, including municipal installations, to which it will transfers waste collected from the Municipal Market at Targowa Street in Starachowice, the Galeria Skaka Municipal Market Hall at Aleja Armii Krajowej 28 in Starachowice and the Entrepreneurship Center at ul. Zgoda 2 in Starachowice, in accordance with the annex No. 12 to SWZ. Before signing the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right to check whether the selected Contractor is prepared to complete the order within the period indicated in the draft contract. NOTE! Before signing the contract, the Contractor will present supporting documents fulfillment of the requirements for the implementation of the task, including: a) entry in the register of regulated activities (RDR), b) entry in BDO, c...
