- The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste originating from real estate where residents live and from real estate which is partly real estate where residents live and partly real estate where they do not live. inhabitants, and municipal waste is generated (mixed properties), covered by the municipal municipal waste collection system, located in the Bolesław Commune, in 2026, in a way that ensures achieving an appropriate level of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste, level storage and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 Waste of the Małopolska Voivodeship, applicable provisions of local law, i.e. resolutions of the Bolesław Commune Council on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Bolesław Commune and on the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners and management of this waste, in exchange for a waste management fee paid by the property owner municipal.
