- In the scope of part 1 - waste collection and management
- collection of municipal waste from property owners in the Gora commune and management of the collected waste in an estimated amount of up to 5,102.00 Mg (t) (max. 5,102.00 Mg, min. 4,301.00 Mg), i.e. recovery or disposal in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste sent to landfill, referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733)
95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party requires that activities directly related to driving vehicles and physical work accompanying the collection and transfer of waste for management be performed by persons employed by the Contractor. or Subcontractor under an employment contract within the meaning of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code
(Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended), unless they are performed by given persons personally as part of their business activity based on an entry in the CEIDG.
NO this applies to persons carrying out transport activities of small amounts of waste selectively collected by the entity collecting this waste
