Description:
1. The subject of the order covered by this procedure is the collection and management of municipal waste from the City and Commune Office in Wrzenia and organizational units of the Wrzenia Commune in accordance with applicable law, including the requirements of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and the Act of April 27, 2001 - Environmental Protection Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 647, as amended).2. The material scope covered by this order: 1) equipping the indicated facilities with containers of appropriate size, adapted to collect solid waste; 2) removing waste collected in containers in a way that prevents the formation of arrears;3) replacing containers damaged or destroyed as a result of current use, as well as maintaining them in proper technical and sanitary condition;4) taking care of the technical condition of containers owned by the Ordering Party;5) removing impurities lying around the containers in the event of their overflow caused by failure to meet the agreed export deadline;6) cleaning...
