- 1. The subject of the order: is to provide a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate:
- where residents live, - properties where no residents live and municipal waste is generated, in relation to properties where is the activity of: the Municipal and Municipal Cultural Center in Sochocin, the Public Complex of Local Government Schools and Kindergartens in Sochocin, the Primary School in Kołozębie, the Primary School in Smardzewo, the City and Commune Office of Sochocin, - real estate on which there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreational purposes in the City and Commune of Sochocin, including: a) mixed municipal waste and ash, b) municipal waste collected selectively, divided into: plastic packaging and aluminum cans, packaging waste multi-material, paper and cardboard, glass, bio-waste, including green waste, bulky waste and used tires, hazardous waste, expired medicines and chemicals, waste that does not qualify as medical waste generated in households as a result of receiving medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood,
in particular needles and syringes, used batteries and batteries, waste electrical and electronic equipment, construction and demolition waste, and textile and clothing waste.
