Description:
The subject of the contract is:
1) Receipt and transport of the following municipal waste fractions:
a) bio -daddies, i.e.:: biodegradable kitchen -proofs - 20 01 08,
• biodegradable waste - 20 02 01,
• waste from markets - 20 03 02
b) WORKS - 20 03 waste - 20 03 07,
2) pickup,Transport and development of the following municipal waste fractions:
a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (later known as "residues after segregation") - 20 03 01,
b) metals, plastics and multi -material packaging, i.e.::from metals - 15 01 04,
• metals - 20 01 40,
• Plastic packaging - 15 01 02,
• multi -material packaging - 15 01 05,
• mixed packaging waste - 15 01 06,
• plastic - 20 01 39,
c) paper, i.e.::: 15 01 01, paper
• paper and cardboard - 20 0101,
d) glass, i.e.: glass from glass - 15 01 07,
• Glass - 20 01 02,
3) maintaining containers in an adequate sanitary and order condition (including washing and disinfection of municipal waste containers, also underground and semi -leather) and maintenance in adequate sanitary and order conditionwaste collection places to the extent resulting from the order documents.
The Ordering Party does not provide for the award of the contract referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the law.
