The subject of the contract is:
1) the subject of the contract is the receipt and management of municipal waste generated and collected on all properties on which residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Żyrardow.
2) The contractor is obliged to implementSubject of the contract in accordance with applicable law (Act, Regulation, resolutions) applying for the implementation of this contract.
3) Data regarding the commune:
• The area of the city of Żyrardow is 1,435 ha.
• Population density - 2,857 people per 1 km2.
• Number of inhabitantsAccording to the submitted declarations, as at 28.02.2025 is 36,304 people.
• The population according to the registration base as at 28.02.2025 is 35.088, including:
- in multi-family housing as at 28.02.2025. Municipal waste was collected from 551 buildings;
- in single-family housing for the day28.02.2025 declarations were submitted from 4,042 households.
• During the service of the service, changes in addresses and the number of owned real estate, as well as the number of inhabitants due to migration, deaths, births, etc. These changes will not affect the change in the amount of the contractor's remuneration.
