- THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER is the provision of the service of collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential and non-residential properties covered by the municipal waste management system in the Commune of Dobra, to which, in accordance with the Resolution of the Council of the Commune of Dobra No. XVII/241/2020 regardingunder the provisions of the provisions on the collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated, include:
• real estate owned and managed by the Dobra Commune or its organizational units;
• leased or rented by the MunicipalityDobra;
•owned by the Municipal Cultural Center and Libraries in Dobra.
