Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in: 1) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate where residents live and from real estate where there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes. in the Elechlinek Commune, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels: - preparation for reuse and recycling of the following fractions of municipal waste: paper, metals, plastics and glass, - limitation of landfilling of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, - storage, in accordance with the legal provisions in force during the execution of the contract, with the reservation that the Contractor shall bear the risk of changes in the law in this respect. 2) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the selective municipal waste collection point called PSZOK, 3) equipment for the cost of the Contractor of the serviced properties and the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in containers and bags with the capacity and properties specified in Resolution No. XLII/267/2022 of the Elechlinek Commune Council of May 12, 2022 regarding resolutions...
