Description:
The subject of the order is a service in the field of collection and management of segregated municipal waste: plastics and metals, paper and cardboard, glass and non-segregated waste from buildings belonging to Uzdrowisko Rymanw S.A. with headquarters in Rymanow-Zdroj, ul. Zdrojowa 48, in 2026. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires that the implementation of the subject of the order take place on the terms and conditions specified in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ and in accordance with the description of the subject of the order. Pursuant to Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Act requires the Contractor or subcontractors to employ under an employment contract within the meaning of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510) persons performing activities related to the execution of the order: - driving vehicles intended for waste collection, - handling waste loading for vehicles, - supervising the implementation of the subject of the contract, - reporting and reporting. Employment of persons referred to in point 6.3 should continue uninterruptedly throughout the implementation period contracts.
