- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of the service titled: Collection and management of municipal waste in the Gać Commune in 2026
The subject of the order is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from owners of residential properties.
in the commune of a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and acts executive,
as well as the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship and the provisions of local law valid during the period of execution of the order, in particular specifying the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from owners real estate and management of this waste, regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and implementing resolutions.
