Description:
The subject of the order includes:
1) collection and management (recovery or disposal) of unsegregated (mixed) and selectively collected municipal waste (indicated in the order description) from residential properties located in the Grodziec Commune;
2) collection and management (recovery or disposal), municipal waste selectively collected (from owners of residential properties) from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Grodziec ul. Zwierzyniecka 7a;
in a way that ensures that appropriate levels of recycling and preparation for reuse are achieved use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill as part of the entrusted task, in particular in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities
(i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025 item 733), the provisions of the current Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolska Voivodeship with annexes and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Grodziec Commune.
The subject of the order includes the management of collected waste, i.e. transfer of waste collected from owners of residential properties and separately collected municipal waste from PSZOK to waste recovery and disposal installations, in accordance with the waste management hierarchy referred to in Art. 17 and 18 of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item ...
