- 4.1. The subject of the order is "Collection and management of municipal waste generated on properties inhabited in the Niemce Commune from April 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027." Part 1 of the order: Collection and management of municipal waste constructed on real estate inhabited in the Niemce Commune for Sector I, The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in the acceptance and management indicated in Chapter I, section 2 Description of the Subject of the Order (Annex No. 1a to the SWZ) municipal waste collected in the following towns: Baszki, Boduszyn, Kolonia Bystrzyca, Ciecierzyn, DziuchΓ³w, LudwinΓ³w, Εagiewniki, Niemce, Rudka KozΕowiecka, Swoboda, Wola Niemiecka, Zalesie. The subject of the order will be implemented in way: 1) ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling of municipal waste, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), at the same time taking into account that the mass of waste segregated waste exceeded the weight of mixed waste; 2) consistent with the applicable Resolutions of the Niemce Commune Council regarding municipal waste management in the Niemce Commune; a) Estimated amount of waste expected to be collected during the duration of the contract (Mg) 6033.30. b) Pursuant to the content of Art. 433 points 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party informs that the minimum value of the service is (Mg) 5,000.00.
