- The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the order description from real estate located in the Krzymow Commune, where residents live, and the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate indicated in the order description. owned by the Commune of Krzymow, indicated in point I.4, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolska Voivodeship for 2019-2025 along with the investment plan and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune Krzymow. The Contractor is obliged to transfer municipal waste collected from residential properties in accordance with Art. 9e section 1 of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733).
