- 1. Order: "The collection and management of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited real estate located in the sector and municipality of the city of Świdnica".
2. The subject of the contract is the provision of services:
1) collecting municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited real estate, on which Municipal waste is created, from the sector and city of Świdnica within the meaning of the resolution referred to in para. 7 below,
2) waste management referred to in point 1),
3) Implementation of services and obligations related to the services referred to above in point 1) and 2) indicated in the contract documents.
3. Zakres The order includes the implementation of services qualified according to the common dictionary of orders for the category (CPV codes):
1) 90511000-2 waste export services,
2) 90500000-2 waste related services
3) 90512000-9 Waste transport services,
4) 90513100-7 Waste export services from households,
5) 90514000-3 Waste recycling services,
6) 90533000-2 Waste management services.
4. The order of the contract includes the implementation of services relative to all inhabited real estate, i.e. those in which there is at least one premises in which at least one resident lives and all uninhabited real estate, on which municipal waste is generated, located in the city and commune sector and the municipalities of Świdnica and remaining in the local municipal waste collection system.
