- The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in: collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential owners and a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) from the Sierpc commune.
Detailed description of the subject of the contract and general Characteristics of the commune in the context of the collection and management of municipal waste were indicated in the order documents. The order concerns the performance of a service consisting in: the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential property owners and selective points collecting municipal waste (PSZOK) from the Sierpc commune in accordance with the schedule and frequency of exports continuously. The subject of the contract refers to the service in a way that ensures relevant recycling levels, preparation for reuse and recovery of others by methods and limiting the mass of municipal waste biodegradable transferred to storage, in accordance with applicable law. The service of the service includes the collection and management of municipal waste from inhabited and PSZOK, supplying property owners in containers for mixed waste and in sacks for selective waste collection, supply of nesting points with containers for collecting waste mixed in multi -family housing, supplying some of the nesting points with containers for selective waste collection.
