Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the collection and development (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from real estate located on the premises Cities and communes of Czerwińsk on the Vistula, where the inhabitants live, in a way that ensures that they achieve appropriate recycling levels, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of municipal waste biodegraded to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan 2030, adopted by the resolution of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Sejmik No. 9/25 of 25.02.2025, on the adoption of the waste management plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2030 WRRAr with attachments, as well as the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the city and commune of Czerwińsk on the Vistula and by resolution of the City Council in Czerwińsk on the Vistula regarding the determination of a detailed manner and scope of provision of services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners and the development of these waste, in exchange for a fee for management paid by the owner of the property municipal waste.
