Description:
I. The subject of the contract is the service of collecting and managing municipal waste from inhabited real estate located in the Milanowek commune. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was described in Annex 8 to SWZ (called "SOPZ"), and the detailed conditions in the planned contract provisions (Annex 7 to SWZ), called in the announcement of "PPU".
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of options referred to in art. 441 of the PZP Act (hereinafter referred to as the "option") on the principles set out in the PPU and in the advertisement.
III. 1) The contracting authority provides for the possibility of using art. 214 para. 1 point 7) PZP, i.e. awarding the contract in the free -hand mode of the basic contract, within 3 years of awarding the basic contract.
2) The value of the supplementary order will be up to 50% of the contractor's contractual remuneration as part of the order basic (§6 paragraph 1 point a) PPU).
3) the subject of the supplementary order (newly concluded contract) will be the same as the subject of the basic contract (without options), which was specified in SOPZ and PPU for the basic order (without options), taking into account changes in the amount of waste to collect and development and changes in the total gross remuneration of the Contractor for the basic order (§6 (1) point a) PPU), subject to points 2 and 4.
4) The subject of the supplementary contract covers up to 50% of the amount of tons of each waste fraction specified in SOPZ as part of the basic order (offer Contractor ...
