- Brief description of the subject of the order: 4.1. The subject of the order is the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate located within the administrative boundaries of the Kamie Commune. The execution of the order must ensure that the required level of preparation for reuse is achievedand recycling, the level of landfilling of municipal waste and waste from the processing of municipal waste, hereinafter referred to as the "landfill level", and the level of limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Lublin Voivodeship and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Kamie Commune, and in in particular: a) collection, transport and management ofmunicipal waste regardless of the weather conditions from residential properties located in the Kamie commune, b) collection, transport and management of waste from the selective municipal waste collection point in Kamień (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK), indicated by the Ordering Party,...
